What are the Job duties

Our staff need to be involved, listened to, taking part and enthusiastically interact in this state of flux.

Our change and implementation manager will be able to roll out change supporting activities that helps us people to understand, embed and embrace: changes, software solutions, process adaptations, and also opens up and maintains the communication with the end users.

He or she drives developing a strategy that allows change forming an integral part in the way we develop our solutions and services.

What skills do you need

Changes often trigger resistance, anything new is often not automatically accepted, our change manager has the skills and educational background to facilitate staff in this. Our change manager works across all operating activities, from Public Transport to ToD to taxi and train if needed.

As first point of contact, the change and implementation manager feeds feedback to the product owners and knows how to communicate the responses to tangible improvement initiatives.

Tasks:

  • Executes initiatives/change supporting activities embedded in plans;
  • Writes instructions, best practices;
  • Collect learnings including impact;
  • Measure success by effective KPIs;
  • Trains people in basic use of the systems;
  • Organizes seminars, workshops and leases between various parties;
  • Understands the sensitivity of accepting change and finds way to mitigate this;
  • Listens and communicates expressed wished, impediments of other observations.

  • Proactive and with a smile, often seen as ‘the social animal’ in a group;
  • Can push or influence a decision when needed;
  • Things in solutions and not in issues;
  • Levels and balances the interests of all stakeholders involved;
  • Is an excellent and natural communicator.

 

 Capabilities:

  • Has a Masters in Communication or equivalent education;
  • Can communicate effectively in Dutch and English with vendors to get the right inputs needed to feed change supporting initiatives;
  • Has a good knowledge of process management;
  • Is thorough and has an eye for details that make a difference;
  • Has a working knowledge of Information Technology concepts;
  • In possession of driver's license.

  • A salary between € 2.973,36 – € 4.672,42 gross monthly and 8% holiday payment;
  • A bonus based on operating result with a maximum of 20%;
  • A permanent contract;
  • 25, 27 or 30 leave days, depends on your age;
  • An outstanding pension scheme;
