What are the Job duties


As a Project manager and a Scrum master within the IT PMO group, you report to the Director PMO and are responsible for serving the IT and C&I organization by facilitating projects delivery and teams efficiency. You will be working as a scrum master with a few teams and drive agility across the department and towards the business. You will also have an overarching view of the IT project portfolio and be responsible for projects reporting and tracking projects risks and KPIs.

You are the one who leads and guide the mission that’s critical to the operations team in a project. By scoping the activities to identify, gather and analyze the requirements. To define the key business drivers and an effective and innovative solution.

You’ll have to be outstanding in planning, monitoring, risk management and know to report within the agreed timeline.

 

Further responsibilities:

  • Accountable for ensuring projects are delivered to quality standards;
  • Define KPIs and metrics, and power measurement;
  • Own operational efficiency;
  • Establish and run team agile practices as well as refine existing ones;
  • Engage and collaborate with key business stakeholders to ensure deliverables and milestones are clearly communicated;
  • Facilitate the development and alignment within and across Agile teams, resolve impediments and isolate the teams from outside distractions;
  • Improve teams productivity by driving agile methodology;
  • Ensure high quality reporting and tracking tools, documents and governance artifacts;
  • Own processes, procedures, methodology, workflow and gating.

 

What skills do you need


You have a great oversight and know when to take a helicopter view. You are experienced with project management and have the skills to get a project succesfully to the finish line. We are looking for an analytical thinker who is a real problem solver. Someone who’s experienced with mentoring and onboarding into agile methodologies.

Further requirements:

  • University Degree or equivalent practical experience;
  • Experience within R&D and IT is a must;
  • Experience with simplification, optimization and scaling operations;
  • Experience with Data analytics, BI, reporting and analytics;
  • Experience with Project/Program portfolio Management
  • Contract management, handling RFP, procurement and negotiation skills
  • Experience with strategic outsourcing, capable of creating and managing delivery centers
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
