What are the Job duties

The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and retirement of the systems and personnel that are at the core of an organization.

In this role you will be leading the IT Operations Engineers / CloudOps and Network & telecom Engineers

in a way that activities will be done effectively, efficient and at the required qualitative level whilst keeping an eye on the applicable recovery time objective’s (RTO) and recovery point objective’s (RPO) off the various applications.

In addition you will monitor the workload and tickets and take action if necessary to deliver in accordance with the SLA’s. You will coordinate a “ troubleshooting team” is case off escalation where there is no need to call off Disaster Recovery.

You are responsible for giving input to the manager IT Operations concerning the creation of the policy/ annual plan of IT Operations as well as act as a project leader concerning projects within system administration. In addition you will take part in the performance of the more complex activities.

You will support the transformation to an efficient, effective and agile mobility company by contributing to the optimalisation of our business services and application landscape. In order to do this you will work closely with the several product lines within Transdev. As to guarantee Quality and efficiency.

 

What skills do you need

You are a people manager who has a great oversight and knows when to take a helicopter view. You are experienced with project management and have the skills to get a project successfully to the finish line. We are looking for an analytical thinker who is a real problem solver. Someone who has environmental awareness and is

results-oriented

Further requirements:

  • University of applied science work and think level;
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience;
  • Practical experience (5 years) with VMWare and AWS/Azure ;
  • Windows 10 certificate ;
  • Windows server certificate ;
  • MCSE core infrastructure certificate ;
  • ITIL ;;
  • People Management skills;
  • Able to attract and retain/ develop talent
  • Able to give responsibility and trust
  • Able to create a safe working environment
  • Stakeholder management skills and client/ business focus
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
  • Able to think out of the box.

  • A salary between € 4.024,53 – € 6.324,26 gross monthly and 8% holiday payment;
